Water Damage, Category 1:  Fresh Water

Category 1 originates from a sanitary source and poses no substantial risk from dermal, ingestions, or inhalation exposure.  However, it may not always remain clean after it comes into contact with other surfaces or materials.*

*Time and temperature can also affect the quality of water, thereby changing its category.

Our Category 1 Procedure
                      
Step 1:  Locate wet areas.                                     
Step 2: Extract water from carpet & pad.                                                           
Step 3: Dry carpet, pad & structure.  (Floating)                                                        
Step 4: Dry carpet, pad & structure.
Step 5: Restretch carpet if necessary. 
Step 6: Clean carpet.                                                                                 
Step 7: Re-apply protective coating, if applicable.
